Returning/Replacing damaged products
Unless there is a proper video footage of the client opening the parcel containing damaged products, Caffeinated Neuron shall provide no replacement or refunds. Caffeinated Neuron takes no responsibility for mishaps caused in transit. In case of any query, feel free to contact Caffeinated Neuron on Instagram, Whatsapp, or via Mail.
In case the client provides an incorrect address, refuses to accept package upon delivery, or due to any reason the delivery has to be re-attempted or the parcel reaches Caffeinated Neuron and has to be shipped again, the overhead delivery charges will be paid for by the customer. In case a wrong variant has been dispatched, video footage of unboxing the parcel has to be presented within 24 hours of delivery to avail a refund or replacement.
Caffeinated Neuron ships pan-India and chosen countries internationally. I rely on India Post to ensure proper delivery to even the most remote corners of the country. Hence, shipping time is 2-8 days and order once placed, will take 3-4 days to process. Once the order is placed, and when the products are shipped, you will receive an order, and shipping confirmation email (along with the tracking ID) to your registered mail ID. Please be patient while your order is processed and ship since it's just one person behind the scenes handling everything. Ready-to-ship journaling supplies, once ordered, cannot be cancelled. However, in case of discrepancies in the inventory or a miscommunication from the brand's end, Caffeinated Neuron holds the right to cancel (part of) any order, in which case the amount will be refunded within 24 hours.
